Yoga and Meditation

Yoga has been and still is a most important part of my path. The combination of physical exercise and meditation combined with breath awareness is a wonderful way to connect with the divine on all levels of human existence.

I’ve been trained in the Sivananda tradition, but in my classes I embrace my experiences as a Psychotherapist, Bodyworker and Healer and I have developed my own style.

It is calm and meditative, combining breathing exercises (pranayama), inward concentration while working with the postures (asana), a little chanting and a good dose of humour. I teach ongoing groups (see calendar factsheet) and offer 1:1 sessions to work on your individual healing.
